XPS composite insulation gypsum board

XPS composite insulation gypsum board is made of extruded polystyrene board and gypsum board composite (or calcium silicate board composite) with a thickness of 2 to 5 centimeters, with a length of 240 centimeters and a width of 120 centimeters. Gypsum board is a material made mainly from building gypsum. It is a lightweight, high-strength, thin, easy to process building material with good sound insulation, heat insulation, and fire resistance properties. It is currently one of the new lightweight board materials that is being emphasized for development. The internal structure of XPS extruded board is an independent closed bubble structure, which has high compressive, non absorbent, moisture-proof and anti-seepage properties. Due to its extremely low thermal conductivity, it has a very good insulation and energy-saving effect. Therefore, composite insulation gypsum board combines the advantages and disadvantages of both, complementing each other. As an external wall internal insulation system, it has great competitive advantages: simple and fast construction, low overall cost, long service life, fast temperature change effect, applicability, safety, construction quality reliability, economy, and comfort.
